In most cases, we will respond to a case within 60 minutes, however if it’s urgent in most cases we will respond within 10 minutes*

*These are indicative response times which in most cases will be accurate, however in your contractual agreement with SYSFLEX, there will be some specific SLA’s written in to the contract. We endeavour to respond and solve any issues as quickly as possible, but we deal with support cases based on our workload. However we will guarantee the response based on what is in your support contract.

Once you agree to purchase a support plan from SYSFLEX, we will go through your requirements in detail. There may be additional charges as a result of this, but in most cases the pricing above will be accurate for most small businesses. Larger businesses with more than 10 employees should contact us directly for a customised support quotation.

There is a minimum requirement of cover for two or more persons.
